Dear Unit Owner:
It is that time of year when we again find it useful to remind everyone about use of the Condominium recreation facilities.
In recent weeks the pool and recreation areas have suffered abuse by idle adolescents. Excessive trash (beer bottles, etc.) and broken gates are the result. The recreation facilities (sport court, pool and playground) close at dusk. Residents are urged to call the Briarcliff police should you see, or hear, anyone in these areas after dark. The pool area lights are on motion sensors, so if they are “on” after dark, someone is up there! The Board of Managers will prosecute anyone caught trespassing. Teens living at Wyndcrest are considered trespassing if found in these areas after dark.
Your vigilance and cooperation may help avoid a major incident and potentially serious (i.e. costly) damage to the recreation facilities. Thank you.
