NOTICE OF ANNUAL UNIT OWNERS MEETING
WYNDCREST CONDOMINIUM
TO BE HELD MONDAY, MAY 16, 2005
TO THE UNIT OWNERS OF WYNDCREST CONDOMINIUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual Meeting of Unit Owners of Wyndcrest Condominium will be held on Monday, May 16, 2005, at 7:00 PM, at the Briarcliff Middle School auditorium, 44 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY, for the following purposes:
1. To elect two (2) Board Managers to serve for terms of office as set forth in the Wyndcrest Condominium By-Laws, or until the election and qualification of their respective successors.
2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof.
Unit Owners in good standing and of record at the close of business on Friday, May 13, 2005, shall be entitled to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof. Your attention is directed to the accompanying Proxy.
Please sign and return the enclosed Proxy in the envelope provided by the close of business on Wednesday, May 12, 2004, whether or not you plan to attend the meeting. This will assure proper representation and the presence of a quorum. If you do attend the meeting and decide to vote personally, such vote will supersede any Proxy previously given.
