Dear Unit Owner:
Enclosed you will find a revised Notice and Proxy for the Annual Unit Owners Meeting. The Meeting date has been changed to Thursday, June 21, 2007.
All other information (place, time, nominees, etc.) contained in the prior meeting Notice remains unchanged.
We urge your attendance at the Annual Meeting to vote and discuss important matters, but if you cannot attend, we urge you to submit your revised Proxy in advance so that your vote will be counted. Enclosed is a return envelope for your use in mailing your revised Proxy.
