As an additional service to unit owners, and to insure that all unit owners have the basic condo operating documents, I have prepared a disc with the following information: By-Laws, declaration, Rules and Regulations. However, please remember the disc is not a substitute for the complete Offering Plan. The original Offering Plan contains other significant information that potential purchasers will review. Do NOT discard your copy of the Offering Plan. The Condo will provide periodic updates to the information on the disc in the future.
