Dear Resident:
We write to inform all Wyndcrest residents about a new convenience about to be installed at the pool.
A new refrigerator has been delivered and installed in the pool house. The refrigerator will have an ‘automatic ice’ feature installed for those hot Summer days. Some basic rules for use follow;
1. Use is limited to Unit Owners only.
2. Use is limited to the food and drink you will consume the day you are at the pool. It is not meant for long term, or ‘bulk’ storage.
3. All contents (except sealed cans and beverage bottles) will be removed and disposed by the lifeguards on a weekly basis, generally on the day trash is put out on Winterberry Lane for collection. The Condominium is not responsible for any disposed items.
We hope this small added convenience will enhance your enjoyment of the pool.
