Dear Unit Owner:
We write with information regarding planned treatments to the community lawn, trees and shrubs for the 2006 season.
The vendor for PHC and LTC is SavATree and SavALawn respectively. The vendor carefully selects the ingredients for each application based upon an integrated maintenance program and regularly scheduled property inspections. All work is performed in compliance with the regulations as outlined by the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The 2006 schedules are as follows;

As a precautionary measure, it is recommended that you remove or cover all personal items on the landscape and close all windows prior to the scheduled treatment dates.
NOTE: in case of rain, scheduled treatments will be performed on the Friday of the same week. If bad weather persists, the vendor will reschedule the treatment(s) and additional notice will be provided.
