Re: Street Parking Violations
Dear Resident:
We write concerning an important matter of Condominium business for your attention.
Towing notice – the Village of Briarcliff enacted local law and installed designated ‘fire lanes’ on Winterberry and Deertree Lanes. Wyndcrest parking rules prohibit on-street parking for any reason. Therefore, be advised that any vehicles parked on the either street will be towed without further warning.
Parking violations on both streets will continue to be monitored by the Condominium Board and appropriate fines will be levied.
If you have any questions regarding the parking Rules and Regulations, please call at your convenience.
