Wyndcrest Condominium
Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510

Dear Unit Owner:

We write with several informational items for your attention.

Snow Removal - recent winter weather has highlighted community on-street parking problems. Despite the obvious need to keep the streets clear of any vehicles so as not to hinder snow removal efforts, Unit Owners continue to park on the street during and immediately after winter storms. Effective immediately, any car parked in the street during a winter storm (snow or ice) will be immediately TOWED. The managing agent and snow removal vendor have been authorized by the Board of Managers to have the offending vehicle(s) removed, as needed. Wyndcrest Condominium, the managing agent and snow removal vendor will not be responsible for any damages that may occur to a vehicle as a result of towing. Vehicles towed from the premises may be recovered from Alex’s Towing, Tarrytown, NY, telephone 631-9238.

Parking – Condominium Rules and Regulations designate the unit garage and driveway as the primary parking spaces for use by Owners. However, some Owners are using the garage for storage and leaving their car in the lower lot on Chappaqua Road. Any Owner not using their garage to park a car while using the lower lot as a substitute will be fined and the car may be towed.

Holiday Trash – while it is understood the holidays generate more household trash than normal, proper disposal requires that trash be put out no earlier than the night prior to collection. If an owner improperly puts items out and the carting company refuses collection, the owner will be fined $50.00 per day until the trash is removed.

Your cooperation in these important community matters will be appreciated. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Wesley Woodlief
