RE: Special Unit Owner Meeting

Dear Unit Owner:
Please be advised the Board of Managers will convene a special informational meeting with the Unit Owners. The only purpose, and agenda item, for the meeting is to discuss the Condominium’s lawn maintenance program and natural alternatives to the programs weed control and pesticide applications. Representatives from the TruGreen Chemlawn firm will present information and host an open discussion.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 3, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., at the Middle School small auditorium.
Please plan to attend this special Meeting to discuss the issue at hand. Unit Owners with specific questions, the answers to which may require additional research, are urged to present your question(s) to the Board, or managing agent, in advance so that the necessary information may be available by the meeting date.
