Dear Unit Owner:
Enclosed you will find a Notice of Annual Unit Owners Meeting. Please read and follow all directions carefully.
The election requires you to make a decision regarding which individuals you wish to represent you. Please take the time to discuss with each of the candidates their positions on issues important to the Condominium.
We urge your attendance at the Annual Meeting to vote and discuss important matters, but if you cannot attend, we urge you to submit your Proxy in advance so that your vote will be counted. Enclosed is a return envelope for your use in mailing your Proxy.
